In 2010 Michele, in partnership with Campbell Jones Property, established Campbell Jones Management. Being a share owner of the business, she is more than committed to her clients and, with her professional approach, provides the highest level of service to landlords and tenants alike. Fourteen years later and Campbell Jones Management is a highly regarded property management business which manages some of the Highlands most exclusive properties and commercial businesses. In force with Campbell Jones Property they support a growing number of local organisations and charities.

Michele is also an accredited Property Manager with the Real Estate Institute of NSW and a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
